Samson Management was founded by Sam and Arnold Goldstein in 1964. Located for over 50 years in Queens, New York, our main office has grown into a state of the art 12,000 square foot facility.
Samson’s long history of owning and managing residential, commercial and retail properties has established us as experienced and professional owners. Samson also has a proven track record in the development and construction of new projects as well as the conversion of many buildings to cooperative and condominium ownership.
Samson owns and manages over 3,000 residential apartment units in New York City, Westchester County, and Nassau County as well as office and retail properties in New York City, Northern New Jersey, Westchester County, and Long Island. In addition to Samson’s properties in the Tri-state area, Samson has recently acquired over 13,000 residential apartment units in over 31 properties in 7 states.
Over the last 25 years, Samson has converted over 30 residential properties to cooperatives and condominiums in New York City and Westchester County, in such neighborhoods as the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Tribeca, the Financial District, Midtown, Eastchester, Forest Hills and Bayside. Samson has also been active in the development arena with properties such as 50 Madison Avenue and 498 West End Avenue.
