Samson Management, located in Forest Hills, Queens, was founded by Sam and Arnold Goldstein in 1964. Samson’s long history of owning and managing residential, commercial and retail properties has established us as experienced and professional owners. Samson also has a proven track record in the development and construction of new projects as well as the conversion of many buildings to cooperative and condominium ownership.

Samson owns and manages over 3,200 residential apartment units in all five boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, and Nassau County.
